My Mission
My mission is to create a warm and supportive space where children, teens, and young Latina women feel understood, supported, and safe to be themselves.
For children and teens, therapy is a space to work through big emotions, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges that come with growing up. For young Latina women, it can be a space to navigate anxiety, identity, relationships, family expectations, boundaries, and the unique experience of balancing different cultures and expectations while finding your own voice.
Through connection, compassion, and evidence-based care, my goal is to meet each client where they are and help them grow with greater confidence and understanding of themselves.

What to expect from your therapist at Bloom & Mind
At Bloom & Mind, therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s real, supportive, and shaped around who you are. Whether we’re helping a kindergartener learn to name big feelings, supporting a teen through anxiety or identity, or helping a young Latina woman navigate adulthood, relationships, and finding her own voice, we meet you exactly where you are.
You’ll find a space that’s calm, creative, and full of heart. Some days might look like quiet reflection or grounding work. Other days might involve expressive arts, storytelling, sand tray, gentle challenges to grow, or simply a safe place to breathe.
For children and teens, parents and caregivers are an important part of the process. Therapy doesn’t only happen inside the therapy room. I work alongside caregivers to better understand what their child may be communicating through emotions or behaviors, strengthen connection, and find ways to support growth at home.
Whether you’re looking for support for your child, your teen, or yourself, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and accepted while building greater confidence, clarity, and calm one step at a time.

For young Latina women, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Together, we can explore anxiety, relationships, boundaries, identity, family and cultural expectations, and the pressure that can come with balancing who others expect you to be with who you’re becoming.
Not every family needs therapy right away. Sometimes, parents simply need guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies from a mental health professional who understands child development and behavior.
Parent Support Sessions provide a space to ask questions, better understand your child's emotions and behaviors, learn effective parenting strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges. These sessions are designed to support you not to provide therapy for your child, and can be helpful whether you're exploring therapy, waiting for an evaluation, or simply looking for professional guidance.
