Fees & Payment Options
At this time, I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance directly.
However, I am in the process of becoming credentialed with several insurance panels and will be accepting insurance soon.
For clients with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill at your request, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about fees, reimbursement, sliding scale options, or upcoming insurance availability.
I accept Credit Card payments, HSA Cards, and Cash.
Good Faith Estimate
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers are required to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including therapy services.
Make sure your provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service or item. You can also ask for a GFE before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
For more information or to learn how to dispute a bill, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
