Adolescent Services

Are you noticing your teen pulling away, shutting down, or overwhelmed by stress?

Is your teenager constantly anxious, unmotivated, or stuck in negative thinking?

Is your teen struggling with school, friendships, or self-confidence?

The teen years can feel intense, confusing, and emotionally overwhelming. I support adolescents using a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Sand Tray, and other Expressive Arts. These approaches help teens explore identity, manage emotions, improve relationships, and build self-esteem. Whether your teen is feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxious thoughts, struggling with friendships, or navigating identity, therapy can help them reconnect with themselves and build confidence moving forward.

I work to create a safe, affirming space where all teens, regardless of background, culture, or identity, can feel seen, heard, and supported.

Getting Started

Consultation Call

This is a brief parent-only call (about 15 minutes) where I speak directly with you, not your teen. During this time, you can share what brought you here, and ask any questions you may have. It’s also a chance for me to explain how I work and help you decide if this feels like the right fit.

Intake

If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake session. This is a longer first appointment where I gather background information and learn more about your teen’s strengths, challenges, and history. I meet with parents and teens separately during this session.

Sessions

Ongoing sessions give your teen a safe and consistent space to process challenges and build new skills. Each session is focused on supporting your teen’s emotional growth and confidence. I also meet with parents during parent consultations, as needed, to provide updates and collaborate on progress.
